[lojban-beginners] Checking my intuition; how would you say this?

"I am tired, both physically and mentally." (Although what I'd really
like to say is more like "Je suis fatigué et j'ai someil.")
In the lojban, I opt for precision over the parallelism:

{.i mi tatpi le'a ge lo si'o xadni gi lo si'o sipna}

Is {le'a} appropriate here?
Is {si'o} appropriate? (I initially went with {su'u})
I seem to recall the fact that {.i mi tatpi le'a lo si'o ge xadni gi
sipna} means something fundamentally different, but I can't recall
what; I'd prefer to use this phrasing if it still expresses what I
mean, since it's more compact and doesn't repeat {lo si'o}.
