I'm very excited to hear about this. There is no official braille system for Lojban, but there's no stopping you from inventing one. As you're the most qualified here, we would love to see you develop a system of finger-reading Lojban. If you come up with something, post about it and we'll feature it on the LLG's social media networks (facebook, g+, twitter). Glad to have you here.
