No, there are several problems here. {remna} and {mleca} are not separated by anything, which means they form a single weird selbri "human-kind-of-less-than". The {ckaji} are not desirable, but doing this with {ka} in general will be tricky, because of the issue of being important to what exactly; you need the event to be "complete" for it to make sense for it to be important. There's a more fundamental problem with not closing {ka vrude}; what you seem to have wanted to do (which still isn't really right) is lo ka remna cu mleca lo ka vrude kei lo ka vajni, the {kei} being important there. Also note that I used lo here; I suggest you look into "xorlo" (http://www.lojban.org/tiki/How+to+use+xorlo). At its most basic level xorlo is a change to the language (the largest one to date, hopefully the largest one forever) which makes "lo" the default article.

Anyway, if I had to say this I'd have said {lo nu remna cu mleca lo nu vrude kei lo ni ce'u vajni}. But in light of some rather fundamental grammatical mistakes here, I'd suggest you back off a little, practicing a bit with simpler sentences instead.
