For the intuitive sense, {kibystu} is probably fine...

I think {kibystu} relates more to a domain/platform (or subdomain, ...)
whereas {kibypapri} relates to a specific website then...

Right. www.google.com is a website, https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups=#!topic/lojban-beginners/6Q4TCfEtmQM is a web page.
