{me'au} was what I was originally looking for, but I guess {ckaji} is more understandable in this case.

I'm looking to translate “It seems to be broda. Is it?” without repeating {broda}. Is there any way to do that?

ko'a simlu lo ka broda .i ko'a [???] ri
You can solve this one with {ckaji}, or for higher arity predicates {me'au}:

.i ko'a simlu lo ka broda .i xu ko'a ckaji ri

This breaks in cases that don't involve {ka}, of course.
