I'd say "pa linji" or "pa po'o linji". The latter doesn't mean "one and no 
more", but "one and no other number", which is a bit different from the 
English. "su'e pa" implies that there could be no line that passes through the 
points.

As to "lo'i re mokca", "lo'i" is the set article, which implies that the line 
is being considered as a set of points, and "pagbu" means "subset" here. I 
defer to the experts on plural quantification to tell if the "lo'i re" is 
correct.

Speaking of lines as sets, "ku'a" is a conjunction for intersection of sets.
The intersection of Trade and Tryon is in the middle of Charlotte.
