The answer is "no". While translating the book of Esther, a work that has particular religious significance to me, I strove very hard to preserve nuance that was found in the original Hebrew (although I see now that in porting the version to the new lojban wiki, the deliberate spacing that I put in to preserve the original has been completely mangled. I am MIFFED!!! This is a completely unreadable mess now. Especially since I don't seem to have an account on this new site. Sorry, where was I?) . Despite this, there was only one or two places that I felt I needed to use "su'ore" and justified my decision in the talk about the translation. OTOH, I know see that someone has actually gone over that and CHANGED IT, and I am MIFFED AGAIN, because I can't see the history to find out who!!!! I can no longer take responsibility/ credit blame for the translation, and I will probably need to remove my name from it, because I have no idea who decided they could just touch it.
