That would depend on the details of "lo ka culno":

lo kabri poi klani li pi mu lo ka [ce'u] culno [lo vanju]
"[A] glass which amounts to half in being full [of wine]"

lo kabri poi klani li pi mu lo ka lo tanxe cu culno [ce'u]
"Glass(es) which amount to half in filling a box."

An omitted "ce'u" is normally understood to fill the first available slot.
