[lojban-beginners] zo'e: to restrict or not



What is the difference between {zo'e noi} and {zo'e poi}? xorlo
defines {lo broda} as {zo'e noi broda}, but on the other hand, {zo'ei}
is defined as {zo'e pe}. As I understand, {ko'a pe ko'e} is something
like {ko'a poi co'e ko'e}. It was already strange that one can use a
non-restrictive relative phrase on zo'e, and when I accepted it, I
don't understand the other way.
