I pronounce them /peɹ/ -> [pʰeɹ]. /e/ usually is pronounced as [ei], except

The "er" in "payer" is /əɹ/ -> [ɹ̩] in my dialect. "er" in "lerfu" should
be /er/, which could be [εr], [εɹ], [eɾ], or any of several other
combinations.
