If you know *unnecessary {be}* that you use "zo", then you know that an answer.

The {be} is not unnecessary, Lindar. It's needed to attach {lodu'u pilno zo zo} to the x2 of {djuno} in {djuno ja reisku}.

"If you know the fact of using 'zo' and ask, then you already knew the answer."

Frankly, the English doesn't make sense to me in the first place.
