catra be ro da -> ro zei catra -> rolcatra

seems fine to me. It has the exact same pattern of:

kansa be no da -> nonkansa
seljirna be pa da -> pavyseljirna
selxi'u be re da -> relselxi'u
selkoi be ci da -> cibyselkoi
seltu'e be vo da -> vonseltu'e

Lujvo are never really based on tanru. Only the x1 of a lujvo may
sometimes appear to be based on the x1 of a tanru made out of the same
component gismu. It doesn't work for any other place than the x1.
