If you think of roda as contextually restricted, that sentence translates into English as:

"I see two mammals. Both are dogs."

And I thought we had decided we weren't going to debate on Beginner's threads?

That's not how it would be used. I actually find it useful in conversation to have {ro da poi prenu} mean literally absolutely all people. {ro lo ro prenu} seems to be nearly identical in meaning.
