I find that deriving the Lojban from "expecting" feels
malglico to me.  Oddly The Draft Reference Grammar already
suggests a lujvo -- and it actually seems right to me -- "pazvau"
derived from the tanru "panzi vasru" because (s)he contains her
offspring at this point in time. Though perhaps "tarbyvau" derived
from "tarbi vasru" might be better as it is more general, inclusive
of surrogate mothers or women who can not produce their own ova and
must use donor ova; ie, the "tarbi" contained within the woman is
not her "panzi".
