[lojban-beginners] Questions about imperatives

  1. What is the lojban word for "imperative"?  http://vlasisku.lojban.org/ redirects a search for "imperative" to {ko}.
  2. How would one say something like "Let's go." in lojban.  i.e. an imperative directed at a group of which the speaker is a part.  Would it just be {ko klama}?
  3. (only loosely related to imperatives, but it's in the same train of thought for me)  How does one say something like "Long live the king.", which I think of (with my non linguistically-trained mind) as an imperative directed at the universe, synonymous with "May the king live long."
