[lojban-beginners] What do you say in response to a sneeze

It seems like a silly question, but it's one of the things I've heard
people learning early on in their language acquisitions.  Is there an
accepted lojban phrase?

The phrase in various languages I know (and, for my fun, literal
lojban translations):
English - "Bless you" - {cesri'a do}
Russian - "будь здоров" - {ko kanro}
French - "À tes souhaits" - {tezu'e lo do selpa'a}
Hebrew - "לבריאות" - {tezu'e le kanro}

(If anyone knows of a better translation of the vague "to" than
{tezu'e}, I'd appreciate knowing.)
