Well, names can mean whatever you want them to mean. {miv} is a rafsi for {jmive}, "alive", however, {nir} is a rafsi for {nirna}, "nerve". A network is a {se tcana}.

Also, if it's a Lojban name, it'd be ".mivnir.", not "Mivnir". :D
