No.

Also, the x2 of cilre is a du'u, and the x1 of tadji is a pu'u.

I'm not going out of my way to be rude, I'm annoyed that all of the
newbies are playing monkey-see-monkey-do. Stop the proposal nonsense.
Before you pretend to be a big boy, you should probably do research,
talk to the rest of us, and find out whether or not the topic has been
discussed, because it's very likely that it has. Read the previous
arguments (one of my jobs is to find these arguments and post them to
relevant sections in the BPFK articles, so give me a break, I'm trying
to make it easy for you), ask for clarification if you need it, and
only when you have a new idea that hasn't been discussed should you
bring up the idea.

It's getting to the point where I/we read "proposal" as "ignore what
I'm saying".

That being said, if you've done all your homework and understand
previous arguments, it would be appropriate to start a discussion and
explain your ideas. Proposal means "I want to change something and
this is how it's going to happen." and "Hey, I have an idea, what do
you think?" is much preferred to it.

(if you haven't noticed, I'm putting tl;dr versions after stuff...
start looking for them if you're lazy! =P )

tl;dr
x2 of cilre isn't a pu'u, you want fi. Stop proposing things; it's
annoying.
