Does "poi broda" with no target for "poi" have a structure? I'm
wondering about this, because jbofi'e says ok to "cusku lu poi broda
li'u" and I'm not too sure what's meant by "grammatically correct" in
the definition of "lu":
http://www.lojban.org/tiki/tiki-index.php?page=BPFK+Section:+Quotations

The page also has an example of "lo'u":
lo'u se ra'a le'u cu xamgu se pilno
Is "se ra'a" unstructured / ungrammatical that "lu" cannot quote it?
