I'm not sure {xusra} is quite right for "define". In order to make a
meaningful assertion the terms should already be defined. I think
I prefer {te smuni} for "x1 defines x2 as x3". So my take would be:

   lo'e jdactu cu te smuni lo'e palci lo'e makfa bapli poi gunka
   le nu fapro le cevni kei le nu lo'e remna cu tolcuvbi'o
