This is just a quirk of the grammar. {na'e <sumti>} is not allowed.
I think it has to do with the parser's LALR(1) capability, but I can't
really explain how that works.

{le ka placi} -> {le ka palci kei}, otherwise it will absorb the next 
sumti.

You seem to have translated something like "(I destroy the very 
underpinnings of everything they believe) and (hold dear in my quest 
to command supreme domination over all life)", but I think the correct 
parse of that "and" is "everything ((they believe) and (hold dear))",
isn't it?

{cu _na_ se krici ciste}. I don't think {jalge} is "end" in this sense. 
Maybe: {ri genai se zukte ginai te zukte}.
