[lojban-beginners] Turner/Nicholas lesson question

I've more or less just discovered lojban, and I'm plowing through the
Turner/Nicholas lessons (the stuff linked to off of
http://www.tlg.uci.edu/~opoudjis/lojbanbrochure/lessons/book1.html).
I've got a question about it.

In lesson 9, when talking about ke'a, there's an example

le mi mensi poi do viska ke'a ca le purlamcte
My sister, such that you saw her at the restaurant during the immed
     iately-preceding-night
My sister whom you saw at the restaurant last night

I don't see anything there corresponding to "at the restaurant"; that
looks to me as though it's just "My sister whom you saw last night".

I must be missing something. But what?

[I've tried to subscribe to the list, and got the success mail, but
I've yet to see any list messages, so I'm not yet sure that the list
can send to me. A cc: to me on any replies would thus be appreciated.]
