I can't comment on the use of tenses, but I'll say something about one 
of your tanru:

I think you want {lo relxilma'e ke zekri girzu} or {lo relxilma'e zekri 
bo girzu} (I'd use the first of the two, probably), since it's not a 
group associated with motorcycle crimes, but a motorcycle-ish crime-
group (that is, the {zekri} & the {girzu} belong together closely and 
the combination of the two is what's modified by {relxilma'e}).

That looks like "co'o Andrew" which, if Andrew were a valid cmevla, 
would mean "goodbye, Andrew!" :)
