You can't build up compound words like that. If you want to build lujvo, 
you should read

and also chapter 12 of the reference grammar:
http://www.lojban.org/publications/reference_grammar/chapter12.html

Note that lujvo-making is somewhat of a black art, and should be deferred 
until you are absolutely certain that you need it.

For now, I suggest {to'e cando}.
