supermemo.com. They have a freely downloadable version if you don't
want to pay for the most recent one. You'll have to enter the items
yourself or find a collection somewhere that you can start with. (One
is here: http://www.digitalkingdom.org/~rlpowell/hobbies/lojban/). I'm
entering them myself for my collection for several reasons, but you
certainly don't have to do this.
