I'd be willing to make or collaborate in making it, from
the language side. But I would need someone else
to do the technical/software implementation.

based on that might serve as a start for people who know
how to fiddle with those things.

At this point, I don't think a human-graded test would 
be realistic, but a lot can be done with computer-grading.
