Sure, I only mentioned that because it's what I found looking
for some test-making software. Should we set up a special list 
for those who want to help in making the test? Robin, what do you 
think?

I think that's how it ought to be yes, fully automated.

My preference would be to make it a Lojban-only test, with
no English in the questions or answers, so that a minimum
of proficiency would be required to at least understand the
directives. But it can still start with very simple questions, for
example:

1-  mi ----- le zarci

A) blanu
B) klama
C) cu
D) slinku'i

Yes. What I liked about the Hot Potatoes suite is that it has several
different types of tests so that the test can be made more varied and
entertaining than just a long list of multiple choice questions.
