My dream is to host a bilingual Lojban internet radio show with call-ins on a monthly or bi-weekly basis, and have a meeting discussion agenda posted to the mailing lists in advance of each show. I have a friend who runs a weekly internet radio show, which I co-host. There is a lot of activity from listeners over I.R.C. but my friend attests how difficult it is to set up technology to get call-ins.

It is however not difficult to accept listener email, and this is certainly more convenient. 

Try this. Put together a weekly or twice monthly Lojban podcast, even
if it's just for 2 minutes, with a transcript (no translation). Read
some news headlines. Talk about sports scores, Talk about some
technological development, Describe a story from your local town.
(You're from Michigan, no? mention the forthcoming battle over sales of
violent video games to minors.) Content is not difficult to come up
with, but basic news headlines will probably be easiest to piece
together and for beginners to comprehend.

It really needn't be anything original - just the fact that is in
Lojban will be novelty enough and people interested in Lojban will
listen. Technologically it is about as difficult as making toast. 

Making it available on iTunes is a good idea, but involves a bit of xml
- RSS coding. You could lock up jbocradi.com for all of about 8 dollars
a year (namesecure.com).
