[lojban-beginners] Re: Supermemo

Hmm...this depends on what you meant. If you wanted to thank me, it would be ki'e. If, on the other hand, you didn't understand my amateurish lojban, ki'a would be appropriate.

Your Lojban seems pretty good from where I sit. You've studied
a shorter time than I have, and seem to grasp it better.

Although I would have no idea why you would feel respect for me and confusion simultaneously ;-)

Respect and confusion simultaneously? Well, you *are* female, right? :)

    .a'inaisai...for scott's suggestion I downloaded 98 and attempted to
use it, but it's too complex for the likes of me...as for mike's
suggestion, yes I did rename the file, but no matter what name I
give it, it stubbornly refuses to work. Sigh...I might well stick to
Logflash. I hate those flashcard type programs anyway, they're so
    tedious.

Can't wait for lojbocradi's lessons, which I'm sure will totally
    revolutionise my jbocli ;-)

Okay; this is getting really hard /bau la lojban/. Supermemo 7
(the free version) was written for Windows 3.11. Back in those
bad old days, filenames used to be of the form xxxxxxxx.xxx -
where x is any character - that is to say, only 8 characters
        long with a 3-character extention (e.g. "winword.exe"). You need
to rename big_list_supermemo_win.txt to something much shorter
to get it working (e.g. "lojban.txt", or even just "lojban"),
even if you're using Windows XP.

I have to apologise on behalf of all programmers worldwide for
the absolute pain in the neck that computers can be.
