Regarding technology:
I am using IPodder, and I had the problem as well that it was not able to
properly download the episode. I have manually downloaded the MP3. That's
not a problem, but if it worked well as a true PodCast, the advantage would
be that I don't have to poll for new episodes, but iPodder would be doing
that for me.
Matt: You have been doing radio before, didn't you?

no, I've never worked in radio before. However, I read lengthy novels
out loud to my girlfriend and have always tried to train my voice. This
weekend I had a cold and was not feeling very well. I've
been told my voice sounds like it's coming through a wall so I need to
"equalize" to adjust the frequencies of the sound in order to make it
brighter, and cut the excessive bass. I was told it's safe to cut all
frequencies below 50-80Hz. I don't know how to do this. Do you?
