In Audacity, it's pretty simple. First, you select all of the audio
you want to audjust. Then, you go to the Effect menu, select
Equalization, and left-click once on the big purple line where you
want the top of the rolloff frequency to be, i.e. the lowest frequency
that you want to have the original loudness. This will probably be
around 60-100 Hz. Then you click again on the purple line a bit to the
left, and drag the next point down to the bottom. You can experiment
with moving the points around, of course. That should be the basic
effect you're looking for.

Also, you might want to try giving your voice a little boost in the
4000-6000 range, which I hear is a "sweet spot" for vocal
equalization.

(I've done a lot of recording in the past, both with computers and
with dedicated hardware, of my own piano playing and a bit of other
stuff.)
