However, if we are talking about a full-on test of the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis using Lojban as a test language, then sure why not have one word for parent and calculate how it impacts the mini-jbopre.

literature, something which is possible using lojban but few other
languages.

Sounds like a challenge. Are you "disappointed" that there are two separate Lojban words for genitals?
