However, if we are talking about a full-on test of the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis using Lojban as a test language, then sure why not have one word for parent and calculate how it impacts the mini-jbopre.
My main usage of lojban is in fiction/art. I also plan to use it for mathematics if the mekso system turns out to be sufficient.

There are plenty. The section named _gismu as sumti_ has, for example, several examples where a human is defined/described by her gender alone.

separate Lojban words for genitals?
pinji, plibu, cinse and other words are available. The gender-specific words are useful for medical professionals.
I'm aware that this strive for extreme "political correctness" might seem off-putting to some. If so, look at it as an art experiment. There's no offense intended.
