I whipped this up in ten minutes. Disclaimer: I'm *not* a graphic design
person.

It has some flaws (I shared it with Scott in private email). For example,
the flags were left as I downloaded them, and they don't match in size/shape.

The reason for the "trash" at the page bottom is simply that I haven't
re-registered my drawing program after my re-install wiped it out.
