You don't. You only need to capitalize the vowel.

ko'a xi pa
ko'a xi re
...
ko'a xi ka'o

If you're expecting your listener to remember 10 or more bindings, I
hope you're speaking to a computer, and not a human being.

Your best plan is to avoid saying weird things. After all, the point is
to communicate, not come up with the weirdest utterance possible. Even
if you know what it means, your listener might not.

Lojban doesn't prevent people from saying things which are wrong. The
speaker of such a sentence can use whichever form of causation they
believe to be correct. That doesn't make it so. Obviously such a
speaker would not use a word which indicates they are being
irrational, even if we were to add one to the language.

doi assigns the value of do.

"doi mi'o ko klama lo zarci"

Your listener should be inserted as an agent in the bridi. See 'gau'.
