[lojban-beginners] The Lojban MOO now in beta.

The Lojban MOO, aka samxarmuj, is now ready for people to actually
use it.

It is *far* from feature complete, and definately not yet ready for
xartum work, but it's very useable at this point.

That information is probably woefully incomplete; please send me any
ideas you have on how to improve it, preferrably with lots of stuff
written up that I can just cut and paste in, or edit it yourself.

Man, it's been a *lot* of work to get this far.  Phew.
