Sounds good, except for the {ba'o} which seems to indicate that by
that date the plunge had already happened.
I wouldn't wince at {de'i li 1 pi'e 23 lo seljauke'o be la moskov
cu sfubu li ni'u 28 li no} either, but others may. :)
