[lojban-beginners] "national antigun violence initiative"

My wife observed a headline in today's _Boston Globe_: "Menino launches 
national antigun violence initiative".  So, she said, we'll find all the 
guys with NRA stickers on their cars and beat them up?

Anyway, I tried to translate what the headline-writer presumably meant 
into Lojban, and came up with "la meninos. cfagau lo natmi se zukte be 
fi lenu dicra lo xumjimcelxa'i vlile".

Should that "lo natmi se zukte" be "lo nu natmi se zukte"?  I assumed I 
didn't need the "nu" because the x2 of zukte is defined as being an 
activity, but I could be wrong....
