I don't think so, but I can't think of a counter-example off the top
of my head.  xorxes probably can.

blablablAbla is not the same as blAbla blAbla.

brivla (gismu, lujvo or fu'ivla) _must_ be stressed on the penultimate
syllable and _only_ on the penultimate syllable.

cmevla can be stressed anywhere or nowhere, it makes no difference.

cmavo can also be stressed anywhere, but, if you stress a cmavo on the
last syllable, you must make a pause, otherwise it might absorb part of
a brivla to make a new brivla {MU.pliVALsi} is not the same as {MUpliVALsi}.
