Helium is the name given by Burroughs to the principal city of the  
Red Martians, home and inheritance of la deijatoris, whose  
grandfather rules there. Burroughs undoubtedly meant to link this  
city to the highest scientific achievements (of 1912) but nowadays  
"Helium" is stuff you put in party balloons. So I'm calling for it to  
be pronounced exactly  "ellium" in English, {la eliym}

This is complicated. I want her to say three things, separately --  
clearly -- and tersely.

	1. Helium is besieged
	2. (Regardless) all Barsoom is endangered (therefore)
	3. Helium must be told/alerted/warned (kajde/vernuzba/terskicu)

I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to compose these sentences;  
it's a key speech.

I was trying to compose the tanru, victim-of encircling type-of  
attack, {se sruri gunta}. So it would appear I want {se rurgunta}.

Or it could be {se sruri jamna} although a siege is an attack, not a  
whole war.  Or even: Helium is an attack type-of island, {gunta  
daplu} --> {gunplu}.  What do you think?
