Either {lo cacra be li me'i pa} or {cacra li me'i pa}. As written, it's two 
sumti, "an hour" and "some number less than 1".
If you're not actually making a logical conjunction, just say {i}.

Helium, the element, is {solnavni}. What is Helium here?
{i ki'unai}, when connecting two sentences, needs {bo}, else {ki'u} is a 
preposition whose object is {piro la barsum}.

{rursegunta} is a fu'ivla. Do you think {rurselgunta} or {se rurgunta} is 
better?
