[lojban-beginners] Re: spofu pemci
You are, of course, correct. What do you feel about this version?
mi dansu je dansu je dansu
.i dansu je sanga je gleki
ki'u le nu banzu je banzu je banzu
fa lemi jdini co cteki
(thereby making a ki'u place of "dansu je sange je gleki" and making "banzu..." into the event sumti explaining it? (although for metrical reasons, I would probably drop one "banzu je")

Both {.i ki'u banzu fa le mi jdini} and {.i ki'u ku banzu fa le mi jdini}
are _grammatically_ correct, but neither is what is wanted here.
{ki'u} is a tag and, like all tags, it can be used as a selbri tcita, or as
a sumti tcita, or as a separate term terminated with a ku.
{ki'u banzu fa le mi jdini} and {ki'u ku banzu fa le mi jdini} both say that
there is a reason for my money being enough. Probably there is a
reason, but that's not what I take the intended meaning was.
All tags can also be used to connect two bridi. What is wanted here
is {.i ki'u bo banzu fa le mi jdini}.
{.i ki'u bo} connects two bridi, and it says that the second bridi is the reason
for the first one. My money being sufficient is thus the reason for my happy
song and dance.
