[lojban-beginners] Re: Vocabulary

This is all beginning to look very secretive, Matt.

- What are the rules for constructing new cmevla (e.g. kadnygug)?
- Can anybody submit a new cmevla?
- Can anybody submit a new lujvo?
- Who has the authority to vote?
- How long does it take?

I will have questions on specifc words, but it would help if I understood the process of words entering the language first.

By enough people voting on it, who have the authority to do so. Few
do, and of those, few vote.
