Well, yes, but it's possible to paste URLs with pictures or something. There's yet another aspect, it's uncomfortable to phone a total stranger. I was 2 years into Lojban, when I first did anything oral. Anyway, the busiest place in Lojbanistan is the IRC channel #lojban on Freenode network. It's also the best place to look ask for help/Skype/whatever. Elmo
