For "neighbor", how about "xabjbi"?
"dandu" is "hang", not "hand", which is "xance".
"today" is "ca le cabdei".
For "What's your name?" you can say "doi mo?" or "ma cmene do?".
"radio" is "velcradi".
"lamp" is "tergu'i", which does not imply electric.
For directions, you probably want to use spatial tense words.
