  You could replace fau with teta'i here, but I don't think that's really what 
you want, Vid.  Because walking with her hands in her pocket is a 
mode/style/technique for the action of walking, so it seems that ta'i would be 
more appropriate than ta'i.  teta'i might be used, IMHO, in that sentence "le 
ninmu cu cadzu ta'i lo nu le xance cu se vasru le daski kei teta'i lo za'i 
lenku"  (She walked with her hands in her pockets when it was cold).  But I 
could be wrong.
