I would use "s" for both; however, in Spanish voicing is nondistinctive on 
both phonemes /s/ and /θ/, so you could use "z" for either. I am not sure if 
there's any environment where [ð] can be an allophone of both /d/ and /θ/, 
since my accent uses /s/ for both "z" and "s".

As far as I can figure out, the Latin American dialects originated in 
Andalusia, which shares both the leveling of /s/ and /θ/ (though in some 
Andalusian dialects they're both pronounced /θ/) and the disuse 
of "vosotros".

I have proposed "zmase" for "enzima".

Looking at some actual gismu etymologies:
carmi: яркий (iark)
bisli: лёд (liot)
ckiku: ключ (kliuc)
So apparently yes.
