It ultimately depends on how its place structure is defined. An old wordlist already had "mampa'u" (mamta-patfu) for "maternal grandfather", based on the place structure "x1=p1 is the father of mother x2=p=2=m1". And I think other combinations should be allowed, like "x1=p1=m1 is a mother-type-of father of x2=p2" (perhaps a single father or Mrs. Doubtfire).
