That should be "mutce le ka glare" or "mutce le ni glare". I'm not sure what 
the official answer is to x3 of "mutce", but you could say "le tcati cu mutce 
le ka glare li ma'u" or "... li ni'u".

For "I have a lot of words to learn" I'd say "so'i valsi cu se cilre .ei". The 
construction doesn't translate well. "loi valsi cu mutce" means that the 
words (considered as a mass; it's not plural, Lojban lacks grammatical 
number) are very <something>.
