[lojban] New officers of LLG

The Board of Directors has elected the new officers of the LLG:

John Cowan President
Nick Nicholas Vice President
Robin Powell Secretary/Treasurer

I no longer speak for the organization, but only for myself.

Thank you all for your support for me, for the organization, and for the 
language over all these years.  I'm glad to have served the community, and 
hope to continue to do so in new ways into the future.
